The aim of 2015 study was to determine the quality of wheat, triticales and barley that was stored in the company X. Investigative methods and materials: 10 farmers‘ incoming grain samples (wheat, barley and triticale) were analysed: Wheat - 60 samples (I to IV, Extra class under 12 samples) Barley - 12 samples, Triticale - 12 samples. The influence of grain indices: sensory (smell, color), the total level of impurities, impurities content, grain impurity profiles of the standard mass of grain, falling number.
